We emphasize once again that for the health of the social organism, material prosperity is also needed. For the human body, both extremes are equally harmful: excessive acidification of the organism - acidosis, and excessive alkalization - alkalosis. Both lead to illnesses and a death of a person.

This rule also applies to a social organism: poverty and excessive material dependence cause spiritual degradation. If people are not financially secure - eventually they stop thinking about the soul and about God and start thinking only about how to survive. They think about money.

Such a method is another tool for manipulating society: plunging whole regions and countries into poverty, the parasites of the social organism focus attention of others entirely on survival, self-defence - which also leads to the same social illnesses. Excessive material dependence and poverty also cause spiritual degradation and nurture terrorism.

Healthy pH-balance of the body is not when there is one acid or one alkali (just if there are only material things without love or only love in poverty), - but it is when people care about the material well-being of each other for the sake of love and care for each other.

Material well-being is NECESSARY for the spiritual development of a man. But it only benefits society as a whole when society is oriented not towards material progress, but towards the progress of relations.

Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy wrote: «All happy families are alike, each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.» Similarly, all healthy societies are alike in their internal social structure, but the variety of illnesses in society is huge. And the key to the health is one - the correct pH balance in the body, the correct system of priorities of values in society.

The social health is the only thing - when everyone cares for each other equally. This is the principle of social justice: when every member of society is the object of care and love, regardless of whether he is a deputy or a janitor.

Now all the wars happen because of ideas being different manifestations of social diseases. These ideas reflect the perception that one group can be happy at the expense of others.

For example, when some people consider themselves «God-chosen», thinking that others can be robbed or exploited, «because they do not have souls.»

Under the guise of such philosophy - that people with a different skin colour do not have souls - Americans killed Indians to take away their land, justified racial discrimination and slavery. There is an unlimited number of sick manifestations of ideas, leading to wars, but the healthy idea is the only one: caring for everyone, love for everything that surrounds us, as the manifestation of the Almighty.

There is commandment in Orthodoxy: «Love your neighbour as yourself.» And many people see it as the only one commandment, but in reality there are two in one. If you are not able to love even yourself, how can you understand how to love another?

We can not love someone whom we do not respect; and a man can not respect himself if he is mean and acts dishonestly towards others. And before this commandment there is even more important one: «Love your Lord above all».

In monarchical Russia there was a so-called «chain of holiness» - I - Family - Monarch - Russia - God. Fish, as you know, rot from the head, and when the relationship with God was violated, distorted, then all other values began to collapse...

Even if people do not believe in God, they will not sell themselves for money if there are strong families, culture and morality in the society, which are preserved in the national traditions. Mutual help is the most striking feature of the human type of psyche. The country, in which the level of trust between people and the level of mutual assistance are high, is invincible.

Therefore, if we really consider ourselves to be believers, strive to develop spiritually, or if we at least care about the well-being of society, about our happiness - it is necessary to reorient the education system, media, art, culture, politics, to the development of relationships between people.

Problems of the Modern Law.

The modern law legalizes social inequality, since it is based on the concept, created by Roman patricians and spread now throughout the world, according to which one person can own an unlimited amount of material resources, and carry no responsibility to society for how he uses them.

Both in God-centered and in atheistic socialist societies, a person was responsible for using resources that he has (which God gives to him) for the welfare of others. But the secular modern law - the basis of capitalism - frees a person from any kind of responsibility for the fact that others would be hurt, live in poverty and die because of his intrigues and his greed.

The socialist states had a different way - all the resources of Nature belonged equally to all, to the state, the management of which was collegial.

In God-centered society everything belongs to God; the ruler, as representative (vicegerent) of God, makes sure that all people in the state take care of each other and, by doing that, develop spiritually. The Koran directly imposes a ban on the sale or purchase of land, because the land and its entire resources belong only to Allah.

When a person sees God in everything and recognizes only one God as the owner of everything, then he enjoys the wealth in a way to benefit all the others, seeing in them the little parts (children) of God. The economic conception existed in the Soviet Union was roughly the same: natural resources should have been equally beneficial for everyone, including the future generations.

While the demonic concept of the secular modern law provides an opportunity for people to live by the principle «after me the deluge!», bearing no legal or moral responsibility for the destruction of nature, proclaiming that there is no God, or nothing belongs to Him, everything can belong to one person. And, relying on this concept, the American corporation «Monsanto» nowadays secures a grip on the lands all around the world, irresponsibly drains them, poisons them with chemistry;through the bribery of officials at the legislative level this company forces all farmers to sow only «terminator» GM crops, for the reason to own the monopoly of the production of all food on this planet in the near future.

At the moment, all Canadian farmers are obliged to buy seeds only from «Monsanto». Wherein, all the seeds there are «terminator» ones (giving only one harvest); the production of ordinary seeds, growing crops in a natural way, when the part of a harvest remains for planting in the spring is forbidden. Through this, «Monsanto» controls the food production in the whole country, and indirectly through it - the government. In Canada, there are no more ordinary seeds left, and if «Monsanto» for some reason suddenly does not sell its seeds to farmers - they will have nothing to sow.

Capitalism is a society of consumers, the demonic system, in which everyone aspires to a personal economic independence, takes care of a personal well-being. While healthy economic systems promote ideas of interdependence, when every person in society cares about the well-being of others.

Under capitalism, people tend to become individualistic sociopaths, who are not concerned about using their talents and abilities for the well-being of others, but about getting more from others for themselves, giving less in return or not giving at all.

The purpose of business in a God-centred society is the satisfaction of God, in that society businessmen use their entrepreneurial skills to provide people with everything they need for life, which in turn helps them to develop spiritually.

The purpose of business in the USSR was to serve people. In all economic institutions of higher education and in the reference books the following definition was given: «The purpose of business is a service for society». Now, when already in almost all the countries, somewhere by force and somewhere by deception and bribe, the modern social law was introduced, the definition of the purpose of business has become fundamentally different: «The purpose of business – is a profit-making». Although it is obvious that if there is no profit - then there is no business. Since the extraction of profit is the business. But now the profit-making was made an end in itself, what changed the minds of businessmen.

In the God-centred society, businessmen evaluate themselves by how much they helped people to get closer to God, by living in peace and providing themselves with honest work. In the socialist society, leaders assessed themselves by how much profit they have brought to the state and people. In the capitalistic society, businessmen evaluate themselves by their rating in the Forbes list. The goal justifies the means. When, instead of serving God and people, the goal of businessmen becomes a rivalry: who will accumulate more money? That makes relationships between people to degrade.

Fat in a body plays the specific function: it stores the energy required for different kinds of exertions. Organism functions well if the mass fraction of adipose tissue is no more than 10-15%. But if the fat is accumulating immensely in the fat tissue, it disrupts the work and health of the whole organism. The purpose of the fat layer is to serve the body, but not creating a bigger and bigger fat storage, disrupting metabolism and burdening other systems and organs. Therefore, the real ruler and all the government, when performing the supporting role for the health immune system, must continuously care for a fair distribution of benefits and healthy metabolism in the social organism. Whereas modern legislation provides the opportunity for adipose tissue (businessmen, bankers) to grow disgracefully fat, allowing existence of oligarchs and transnational corporations, that exhaust the economy and destroy the ecology of the entire regions and countries, eventually destroying peoples.

While the legislation of a state is guided by the secular atheistic law, – then the social justice is out of the question, whatever they say. Moreover, as the President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems General Ivashov emphasizes, interests of large private companies and large businesses are not serving good for the state's foreign policy: politics should protect not big businesses of a handful of «favorites», but long-term national interests of the entire state. Therefore, the first duty of a ruler who is oriented to the welfare of citizens, is to make changes in the modern law; to prohibit the practice of loans in the banking industry.

People are less happy now than in times, when the gap between rich and poor was not so big in the society, when all people lived for the good of others, and social justice was not just an empty word.

Although financially people have a better life, something more important is disappeared: high goals, unselfishness, a sense of spiritual unity, a sense of unity with each other.

At the geopolitical level, the terms the West and the East are used to differentiate countries with different ideology. Russia is the third force, balancing between the East and the West, kind of a bridge between them. For millennia the East was oriented to self-knowledge, spirituality, preserving the divine type of psyche. The West over the past centuries propagandises and imposes on humanity a demonic type of psyche: unprincipled, destructive for our entire Earth, consumer lifestyle.

The East (saying «the East» we mean, first of all, India, Tibet, Nepal) has always been focused on achieving the Universal Love, harmony with the whole world through the knowledge of our non-material nature and our relationship with the Supreme Being.

The West, on the contrary, cultivated selfishness, egocentrism and individualism, when everyone is interested only in his individual comfort. Having such a world view, it is very logical to bomb other countries for own well-being, which America and European countries have done so far. Germany and France, as the result, have flooded under a wave of refugees, that is the consequence of demonic type of politics: if you destroy others, then you will be destroyed.

Russia, as a balancing force, for millennia have always been the carrier of the human type of psyche, which is a step to divine perception of life. That is why Russia and India have always been spiritually close.

A New Ideological Doctrine for Humanity

There are two opposite approaches to looking at life:

2. To live together with others and for others

In the era of communications, when the Internet, means of communication, mass-media unite people of different faiths, nations, cultures, the need to create an universal ideology arose dramatically. This ideology would unite them all, reflecting the essence of all spiritual teachings and being in harmony with modern science.

Everyone is waiting for the emergence of the New Civilization Idea, that will unite the countries and save this world, which now moves towards environmental disasters, social conflicts and economic disasters at full speed.

This idea already exists, it is simple, ingenious, easy and clear for everyone, doesn't cause doubts, is formulated in a nutshell, is easily accepted by all. Being the basis of sustainable development of society, it clearly conveys the essence of all spiritual teachings and explains the need of change of the competitive egoistic paradigm of development objectively, at the level of science. It already exists now, it's just so familiar for the mentality of many people that it is taken for granted, and, therefore, has not been formulated so far as a separate concept.

At the same time, if you take it to the leadership, this idea will easily eliminate the distortions in the value system of a modern man, will unite society and lead to the prosperity at all levels.

This is the restoration and preservation of both the human and the divine types of psyche in society, or THE PRIORITY OF RELATIONSHIPS.

At the level of the human psyche: it is the priority of relationships with all the people. At the divine level: it is the priority of relationships with the Almighty by taking care for the entire surrounding world.

The cell of the body communicates with the body not directly, but through other cells that surround it. So we serve God not directly, but through His particles, through serving other living beings, communicating with Him directly through prayers in our heart, through His Name.

The demonic type of psyche is the priority of consumption, it was imposed on the humanity by social parasites, destroying now at all levels the whole world.

We must heal this world with a new simple idea that is understandable by all: THE PRIORITY OF RELATIONSHIPS!

The progress of relationships, as the principle and purpose of the human life, - is the civilization ideology, which contains in itself the super-mundane idea of social justice and mutual assistance. This is a historically grounded «new» idea of the revival of the entire human society, reflected, among other things, in the works of V.I. Vernadsky.

It absolutely fits both the modern science and all religions that now exist. It can and should become a platform that unites all the people on the planet. This platform is a crown of philosophies, science and common sense, it's the essence of all spiritual teachings. The only difference for atheists is that they may consider the conscious development of the relationships between people and the entire surrounding world as evolutionary perfection; as for believers such development of the relationships with each other will be manifestation of their love of the Whole, God, the Creator of all things.

About the priority of relations over the consumption it is said in one Russian proverb: «Do not have a hundred roubles, but have a hundred friends!» If your goal is relationships, if you have one hundred friends, then you will have a hundred roubles, and even more! But if your goal is roubles, if you betray a friendship for the sake of profit, then you will have no friends, and later - no money.

In the same view of relationships we can analyze the expression «Do not put a wagon in front of the horse!» The horse is alive, it symbolizes the relationship; but the material progress and dead things are the wagon, which follows the horse by itself. But if we put the wagon in front of the horse, we won't make far, the wagon will fall down into a ditch at the first turn, and the horse will break its spine, – that's what we see now: we are already destroying our nearest future, the countries are balancing on the verge of social, economical, political catastrophes. It happens precisely because of the destruction of healthy sublime relationships between people. If the wagon is where it should be, you don't need to worry about it: it follows you. Priority of relations entails both material prosperity and steady material progress.

It must be recognized that all the problems of modern society are the result of incorrect criteria for assessment of its development. In the assessment system imposed on us, the state of affairs in a country is estimated by the economic indicators: the amount of investments, the economic growth, the level of GDP, that is, the LEVEL OF CONSUMPTION. While the real progress of a man and society is not the progress of consumption, but the PROGRESS OF RELATIONSHIPS at all levels.

The progress of relationships is the common denominator expressing the essence of all religions.

The commandments of all spiritual teachings warn us about the actions that lead to the destruction of relations: «do not lie»: a lie destroys relationships between people; «do not steal»: a theft destroys relationships between people; «do not slander»: evil words lead to the destruction of relationships; «do not be unfaithful to your husband, wife»: betrayals lead to the destruction of a family and relationships. «Do not kill» (including animals and yourself): killing is the complete cessation of any relationship...

From the point of view of modern science, a man differs from animals by the higher nervous functions: the ability to consciously build and develop relationships. The development of relationships, therefore, is the point of contact between science and religion.

The well-being and prosperity of society only come when the thorough work is done to improve the relationships between people.

It is this, and not something else, should be the goal of the education system, the education in schools and universities. School graduates are now taught mostly how to make money, but the relationships they have with each other are now so poor, that the quantity of murders by teenagers of their peers and family members increases every day. Children do not know how to build healthy relationships in society, how to respect the elders, how to choose a life partner, how to build the healthy relationships in a family. They are taught other things: all the movies, they see since childhood, are oriented only to money and enjoyment, and all computer games today are «destructors», «earners» and «killers». All this becomes their life values and their goals.

We need to love people and to use things. Now, on the contrary, things are loved, and people are simply being used because the relations were conceptually substituted for money and economical aspects as criteria for the progress evaluation. The real value is not money, but relations. Only relations, and no money, no oil make a society invincible and strong.

There is an erroneous assumption that the progress of relations, unlike the economic sphere, can not be reflected in figures. On the contrary: it is economic indicators that do not show the real picture, because under the guise of large investments, private transnational corporations destroy the economies of the whole countries and expropriate their money and resources, which formally, according to figures, belong to that country.

What is the use from all that amounts of investments if all the profits go abroad, if this will contribute to even greater economic stratification of society, enriching some and ruining others and increasing social tension?

Economic indicators do not show the real social picture. In reality it is described by the indicators of the level of relationships between people:

• the number of officially concluded marital unions,
• the number of abortions, divorces,
• the number of children in orphanages,
• the number of homeless and unemployed,
• the level of crime, domestic violence,
• the level of corruption,
• the level of social conflicts,
• the level of mental illnesses, suicides, stresses,
• the attitude towards nature - the amount of conserved and augmented natural resources.

Only by those, and not by any other figures, we can and must judge about the real health of society, the state of affairs in it.

This can be compared with a human body: GDP is the body mass that has never been the only and unconditional indicator of the health; on the contrary, excessive obesity can disrupt the metabolism.

And a healthy, inexhaustible and not excessive body weight is possible only with the proper metabolism, with the correct pH balance in a body. That is when the society is focused on the progress of relations, rather than the progress of consumption.

Progress of Relations and Сreative Disclosure, Self-Actualization of Society Members.

The goal of the society, focused on the progress of relations, is the creative self-discovery, self-actualization (spiritual progress) of each individual. Money in this case is necessary as the resource for development.

And the real development is possible only in an atmosphere where they appreciate you and all your skills, do not envy, do not consider you as a competitor. The most expensive works of art were not created for sale; the greatest deeds are done not for money, but in the spirit of serving others.

Self-development, actualization, full manifestation of all talents is possible only in the context of the development of relations. Love is a focus on the welfare of others, individualism is the priority of one's own good. When a person concentrates on economic indicators - he becomes an individualist, prone to antisocial behaviour. Education in the orientation to economic indicators makes people sociopaths, dangerous for society and for each other.

When people are oriented towards economic indicators, they begin to live an artificial life, which is unnatural for them, and play roles imposed on them by the «legislators of fashion», suppressing sometimes own high feelings and acting inhumanly to match the standards of prestige, prosperity and status, which actually never bring them happiness - «to be superior to others», «not to be a» loser », etc. All relationships with others become very selfish: «What can I get from him?», «How can I use him?»

When we focus on money and personal gain - we do not really live, because we are focused on the future. While improving relations is the life in the present, the life HERE AND NOW. Live in relationships, perceiving everyone as a particle of God - this is the spiritual life, the life in the present.

The paradox lies in the fact that in the pursuit of money and personal gain, a man commits acts that deprive him of a good future. If we are focused on the development of relationships - we are focused on what of good we can do to people NOW, our right actions in the present provide us with a good future. This is a «dialectical paradox,» the principle of which is not so much for its understanding, but more for feeling it through and for applying it in life.

Only in the desire to serve people a man can open up, feel himself truly as an Individual, useful to others and self-actualized.

Actualization is when someone else actualizes us, acknowledging our contribution, praising. Self-actualization, which does not depend on the opinions of others, - is an inner joy that comes to us from within, when we feel that we live not in vain, when we live for others. The difference between self-actualization and actualization is the same as between dignity and pride.

Pride is based on comparing yourself with others. A person is proud when he excels in something or when he is praised. Dignity is the inner self-respect, which does not depend on comparing oneself with others, on external approvals and praise. Dignity is self-actualization, inner satisfaction, self-esteem, which comes when we feel the value and fullness of our life, using and developing the talents, inherent in us from birth, for serving others. Only a social person, focused on relations, and not on the economy, can bring the maximum benefit to society, completely actualize and self-actualize.

A paradox number two is that most people are willing to pay for masterpieces that are created not just for money but in a stream of spontaneous creative manifestation and disclosure of personality in the spirit of serving people - to bring them joy! The one who is aimed to bring joy others with his whole life, is not able to make a flaw or treat others dishonestly.

Those, who are oriented to the welfare of others, - are like self-guided missiles, aimed to bring good to all and everyone, in any situation. But those, who are selfish, should always be corrected, because the more a person thinks about himself, the more aggressive he is and the less sensitive to the needs of others. The Bible says that the further from God - the more commandments there are. The angels have only one commandment: Love. Because the less love, the less natural, and the more «prostheses» are necessary in a form of artificial rules that guide our actions for the benefit of others.

It is very interesting that in Sanskrit, the ancient protolanguage and the progenitor of all languages of our planet, the two different concepts: «vocation» and «religion», which in modern languages have completely different meanings, are defined by one word: dharma. So in a healthy and harmonious social arrangement, a person's religion meant to be the application of his inherent talents (called the vocation) in the service of society.

Each cell has its own function. In our body there are many tissues consisting of cells of different types: red blood cells, brain cells, bone cells, liver cells, muscles and the immune system cells differ from each other from the birth. Similarly, God sends a man into our world with certain skills, and by using them in service of society (social body), a man becomes happy. About such a person, who follows his dharma / nature, they say, that he is in his place, that he is a master from God, that he is a born surgeon, musician or builder. A person can really reveal his talents only in the service of others.

How to Change the World View in Society

Improving relations between people is the most important task of heads of states, based on common sense and science, especially if they proclaim that they and their people are believers and go to God.

Therefore, first of all, the political decision of the head of state is necessary: to change the concept of assessing the development and state of society from economic criteria to evolutionary ones. That is, to recognize and legislatively assert that only the improvement of relationships between people, including care for the entire surrounding world, indeed raises a person to the highest stage of evolution, makes him a Man.

Next, it is necessary to outline a program for the gradual improvement of value systems in society, the building and implementation of a new ideology, aimed at improving relations between people, aligning the legislative framework of the educational system and the media with this concept.

Below are the points, listed in details and explained from different angles, about the reasons why the priority of relations for a state and society and for each individual is more profitable than the selfish consumer attitude to life.

1. Orientation of media and modern culture

The goal of all information wars, the «fifth column», is to destroy the trust between people. Therefore, today every TV channel shows trials, suggesting that no one can be trusted in our time, not even close ones, that a dirty trick can be expected even from family members.

Let's repeat again: healthy relations between people: friendship and love, are based on trust. We can not love a person or be friends with him if we do not trust him. Even healthy relationships in a business are based on trust in partners. The state with good relations between people is invincible. The better the relationships between people, the more prosperous and stronger is the state. Therefore, we should orient the education system, the media on improving relations between people, and replicating positive and vivid examples.

The substitution of values, changing people's outlook, cultivating low instincts and mistrusting each other through the media is a weapon more dangerous than a gunshot.

All that we see from TV screens or read in the press is not just an information; this is the call to action of a certain type. People of the older generation are accustomed to unconditionally believe everything that is printed in newspapers and spoken on television. But the media have a strong influence also on youngsters, forming their world-view and lifestyle.

First of all, it is necessary to recognize that the mass media is not just an «entertainment industry», but the education system that forms the system of vital values among masses. In schools and universities, children are given disjointed theoretical knowledge, and television, the Internet and magazines explain them how to apply this knowledge in life, explain the meaning, the values of life.

Subconsciously or consciously, people copy patterns of behaviour that are imposed through films, newspapers, magazines, TV. The media creates and consolidates the image in the mind about how to act in this or that situation, and has the greatest impact on the formation of the life values system.

In the current concept of economic priority, the media are guided not by the welfare of society, but by the commercial gain. This is the same as if schools were guided not by the interests of the state, but by the profit. You can not doubt, that the drug mafia would buy up all the class hours for a good price, and children would take exams on the culture of using tobacco, alcohol, others types of drugs.

The most effective education systems are those in which knowledge and values of life are transmitted in a playful, fascinating form. In the south of Russia in the school-lyceum of Academician Shchetinin, children learn the ten-year course in just 2.5 years, because all their lessons are in the form of a game. The same way the mass media in a game form replicates certain norms, rules, values of life through books, songs, films, TV programs, pop stars, video clips and News programs. All of them create certain images and stereotypes of behaviour in society, that's why we can consider them the main education system of modern society.

Konstantin S. Stanislavsky emphasized that the vocation of the theatre is to teach by entertaining. That is, in an entertaining form to help a person to make a step higher in his world-view and behaviour. Today, even according to the directors themselves, 90% of Moscow performances no longer teach good, but they show debauchery, vulgarity, cynicism, so they are just a step down, but not up. In the field of cinema and TV it is even worse. The heads of many TV channels and film-makers are leading society into the abyss, because they are focused not on the well-being of society, but on their personal gain: the money which they get for promoting alcohol and negative ratings.

They distort the consciousness of masses, proclaiming that «they show life as it really is without an unnecessary embellishment.» Perhaps, in their distorted consciousness, life is perceived in this way, but in general they show it a few steps lower, inviting us to take a step over there, «live like everyone else does», like all those perverts, being chosen as the characters of their programs and films. Many TV shows and movies show the life of moral monsters. And perversions of the mind of scriptwriters and directors are transmitted into society; they make us see it as the norm of life. The main characters of films now are killers, people for whom the value of life of others, relationships mean nothing. The main thing for them is money. Such films and programs are extremely dangerous!!

Instead of showing on all TV channels the lives of morons and moral freaks, or characters of comedy shows who are ready to mock at anything for ratings and money, calling it «a normal, real life.» it is necessary to show things which motivate people to step up, but not to step down.

The life of society depends on the quality of information flows, what people read, see from the screens. When the consciousness of people is focused on the positiveness, they become the conductors of positive changes in society. When their consciousness is focused on the negativity, they become conductors of destructive tendencies. Today, the media education system teaches us to be egoists, individualists and egocentrists, ridiculing high values.

Modern series and various talk shows make the classic occupations unpopular. Almost no one wants to be a teacher or an agronomist; now the most popular occupations are not focused on serving the society, but oriented to earning: bankers, top managers, lawyers. People are told that with the help of money they can feel more protected in this unstable world, they teach them to seek protection in money, not in relationships.

In a modern society, occupations which gain popularity are either not bringing benefit to the world, or artificially created: bankers (people borrow money not from friends but from strangers), models and show business celebrities (professions, generated by popularity of entertainment), guards and bodyguards (professions generated by the fear of people in front of society), lawyers and attorneys (instead of agreeing with each other, settling the matter according to the honour of conscience, people are going to the court). In a developed society, the need for such professions would simply be eliminated by itself or reduced to a minimum.

Imagine the body of a man who has a broken arm, and the brain only receives information about the leg bitten by a mosquito. Quite often the modern media does exactly the same. They are not giving enough attention to important and useful events, but showing mostly garbage news. From the negative, but small event, they do the news of the day, but positive news is deliberately hushed up.

To destroy the society, it is necessary to destroy the invisible ties of love and trust between people. Namely, these ties bring us happiness and joy, make the society strong. When the state and the media are focused on the progress of relations, the social organism will quickly become healthy. In films, performances and television programs, the art should glorify honest and noble people who make others' lives better, because the mission of the culture is to improve and elevate relations between people.

The public organism becomes ill when healthy relations between people are destroyed. This can be compared with the fact that liver, kidneys, stomach stopped trusting each other, and they do not cooperating with each other anymore.

And vice versa: the society becomes healthy and strong, when spirituality is high in it, when everyone cares about the interests of others as their own interests.

Mental health of parts of a body is well when they understand well that their well being depends on the well-being of other organs and systems. The better the relationships between people, the higher their spirituality and morality, then the more people are happy and the lower is the level of corruption and crime. Corruption and all other social illnesses of various types are the consequence of destruction of trust between people and decrease in spirituality in society.

Morality is an indicator of a mental health, a correct understanding of oneself in this world. The higher the morality - the lower is the crime.

A society with a high level of trust between people is healthy; it can not be destroyed. Therefore, the edge of all information wars, the activities of the «fifth columns» and agents of influence in the media are aimed precisely at destroying the trust between people.

To destroy the trust and relationships, a huge industry is now working: movies, comedy shows, talk shows, where the main theme is a marriage infidelity. Shiny magazines and television projects popularize sexual life before marriage at first and later out of the wedlock.

When the leaders of the media will be guided by the well-being of everyone, but not by money they earn on the degradation of society, the situation will change quickly.

And it is necessary to start with the censorship of cinema, television, theatres, print media - all the media. The criterion for assessing the usefulness or harm of a film (a publication, TV broadcast) should be simple: does it help to increase the trust between people or it does not?

Everything that contributes to the relations improvement, the strengthening of family, the increase of trust between people, should be supported by all means. And everything that destroys relations must be prohibited.

Also it is important that films and works of art are evaluated not by artists, but by psychiatrists and psychotherapists by the idea of how this film or book will affect the relationships between people, whether it will help strengthen the family institution or promote the free sexual relationship out of the wedlock, etc.

Now the screenwriters, in pursuit of a profit, care only about how the film will be shot, about its «deliciousness», i.e. aesthetics, but not about the usefulness of that movie or TV show. Some delicious dishes can cause a lethal poisoning. In the same way, many modern films and TV programs cause a sharp, and even deadly, mental poisoning, sowing distrust in people's souls, low values of life, cynicism, fear towards others, egoism... So, in fact, the modern art is increasingly used to destroy the culture and relationships.

The relationships between people is the metabolism in a social organism. Health is determined by the level of metabolism. The better the metabolism, the better is the health. The public organism heals when relations between people improve.

The metabolic disorder is a consequence of a pH imbalance. A healthy pH balance is slightly alkaline. As soon as the acidity in a body rises, various diseases appear: parasites, mould, fungi grow in an acidic environment, because this is a substratum for all kinds of infections. The pH balance in the social organism is the ratio of the desire to serve others and the desire for dead material things. The social organism has healthy pH balance when the relationships between people are valued more than material things or money. The pH balance in the social organism is disrupted when people start to appreciate dead things more than relationships with people. A big variety of social diseases appear in such an environment and they usually develop very rapidly. Therefore, it was condemned in all the cultures when people for the sake of material things were destroying the relationships with others. The purpose of the culture is to maintain healthy values in society, a healthy pH balance, i.e. THE PRIORITY OF RELATIONSHIPS.

2. Education

The higher the technology, the more dangerous it is in the hands of egoists. Knowledge is dangerous if children are not being encouraged by sublime qualities. In the light of recent events in the international arena, we see that the terrorists are guys, educated in the best universities of Europe and London. Why do they kill others? - Because the education system today does not give to teenagers and children healthy and correct values of life, does not inculcate in them the real sublime qualities, the desire to benefit others, the spirit of service to others. As a result, children become erudite - egoists, using their erudition in a way they like.

The higher the development of technology, the more the education system should pay attention and devote time to the development of sublime qualities in children that will guide them in life.

If a child is focused on the welfare of others, he will constantly improve, develop his skills, knowledge in serving the world and God. As scientific and technological progress develops, the education system should pay more and more attention and dedicate time to inculcating children's taste for serving others. This is the aim of the education system: in inculcating children with sublime qualities, selflessness, sense of duty.

Especially it becomes more important, if to keep in mind that we live in an age when robotics will soon replace 60% of people on their work places. Already today 80% of jobs do not require higher or even secondary special education (security, drivers, salesmen, hairdressers, etc.). Most of the workers on construction sites are the immigrants with elementary education, sufficient for any kind of work. There is no need in higher education in its traditional sense, in a high erudition of all 100% of people.

But there is a need (and every year it grows more and more!) in high-moral people. Therefore, we need to change the purpose and criterion of education. The goal of education should be to inculcate noble, worthy, sublime qualities in children. Higher education is when a person has no self-interest; when he dedicates himself to the well-being, happiness of others. A person with a higher education is a highly moral person, indefatigable in loving service to others. Man is a social being. Therefore, the true goal of the education system is to teach people the right, meaning sublime, relationships with each other. If children are focused on improving relations, how they can make their lives be useful for others, the state will become stronger and stronger.

A school has disengaged itself from the educational function, it is carried out now by the mass media, promoting immorality, disrespect for parents and priority of money over relations. As a result, an enormous growth of beer alcoholism and use of narcotic substances among teenagers, an early sex life of schoolchildren, including homosexual one, disrespectful and neglectful attitude towards parents. Most of the young people either do not have goals at all, or see them solely in achieving material wealth, using other people for their purposes.

Today, a teacher has the function of a transmitter of information, which a computer can successfully replace. Therefore, the issue of getting distance education by schoolchildren is raised more and more often. But a computer will never replace a living teacher. Because the task of the real teacher is to inculcate in children an aesthetic perception of the world, to teach them to love, to think sublime, to express themselves creatively, to feel the needs of the other. For this, the teacher himself must be a sensitive and exalted child-loving person.

In textbooks of social studies, re-written to benefit juvenile justice, that destroy families, children are persistently explained their rights and parents' obligations to them. There is not a word about the children's duties to their parents and society. During lessons, students are asked to analyse the way their parents raise them. And that is happening in the Orthodox Christian culture, where the blame on parents is considered as loutishness.

The school today not only withdrew itself from its educational function, it, with the help of such textbooks, is helping for the disintegration of society and the destruction of family. At the same time, children in school need to remember a huge amount of information, often unsystematic. And teachers say that with every new educational reform the burden on students is increasing, but the quality of knowledge is getting low.

It is necessary, taking as a basis the positive experience of humane pedagogy of Shalva Amonashvili and Michail Shchetinin, to reform the education in a way it would be focused on the formation of the relations priority in children.

3. Economy

«There is no greater joy for a man than the thought that you brought the good to others!» - Lev Tolstoy.

When a person is focused on the welfare of others, he experiences a greater joy, than when he works for own selfish goals, only for his own sake. Capitalism is an orientation toward one's own well-being. Socialism is an orientation toward the well-being of others.

All the world's experience shows that only those countries are developing well, quickly, and steadily, whose citizens are oriented to the well-being of others,. A good example is the USSR. For the sake of others and future generations, the country in two five-year plans (in ten years !!) was fully recovered after the World War II and became a world superpower! GDP growth was 30% a year, while Japan, developing faster than any capitalistic country, had a hard time giving 15%. Those campaign posters, which used to be hung at Soviet factories during the Soviet period, now are hanging at the factories of Japan. For the sake of others, people often worked overtime for free, constantly making rational proposals, experiencing a creative and emotional uplift.

Because of the consumer attitude to life, a productivity in the workplaces is now falling. Practical experience shows that wages are not the best motivators.

If not to orient people's minds on the money they will get, but on benefits that their work will bring, they will be more excited by what they are doing, more enthusiastic, increasing the quality and productivity of their work. A person experiences a pleasure from the activity itself if he does not think about money, but about the benefits that he brings to others.

Concentration on himself makes a person lazy. Concentration on the well-being of others fills the person with enthusiasm, energy, creativity. All the most fruitful people are those who live for the welfare of others.

Business can have different goals. In a God-centred society, the goal of business was the satisfaction of God. In socialistic societies, in all the reference books, in all economic institutions, the business goal was defined thus: «the goal of business is the service to society». Now all the textbooks on economics have been rewritten, and now «the business goal is to make profit»; profit-making is an end in itself.

In fact, the state should have strategic large industries, in order to successfully create an innovative type of economy, in tandem with the agrarians, but small and medium-sized businesses should be private.

4. Mental health of citizens

A sense of conscience develops in a person when he is oriented toward the well-being of others. If a person is focused only on money, his sense of conscience disappears (he, at first, deliberately suppresses it, and then his sense of conscience disappears completely). Such people are called sociopaths. Sociopaths are potentially dangerous for society: all terrorists are sociopaths. Therefore, for the sake of well-being, for the safety of society, people need to be focused on the relationships, that help to develop responsibility, conscientiousness, all the good qualities. If people are money-oriented, they become unscrupulous, heartless, deaf to the problems of others. The source of all social diseases, including corruption, is the loss of people's sense of conscience, i.e. sociopathy, developing as a result of people's orientation to material things.

Self-interest distorts the soul badly. Therefore, those countries where the main value is money, have a very large percentage of mentally ill people. In America most people have mental disorders: half of the hospital beds are occupied by them. Americans like the phrase: «every person should have his own lawyer and his own psychotherapist», and are proud of it.

Why the lawyer? - because in an environment focused only on money, everyone seeks to deceive others: take more, and give less, or do not give at all – get for free, simply for «moral damages».

In this regard, they all sue each other over there, people with people, corporations with corporations. And in the conditions of ruined relations only those thrive who feed themselves on destroyed relations. They are «psychotherapists», who, in fact, do not know anything about the nature of soul, and the «legal» system, who are scavengers of relations, coupled with alcohol and drug traffickers, the porn- and sex-industry.

5. Public safety

Morality is the orientation to the well-being of others. The higher the morality in a society, the better the relationships between people are, the lower is the crime level. The lower the morality, the higher is the crime rate. A gram of prevention is worth a kilogram of treatment. If a state starts to focus on improving relations between people, on changing their values of life from the priority of consumption to the priority of relations, a crime level will rapidly decline.

6. Family

When people are money-oriented, families break up. If they are focused on relationships, families are getting stronger, healthy and there are more and more of harmonious children.

In our time, many people mistakenly believe that mankind has made a great progress, bearing in mind, first of all, a technical progress. But according to the World Health Organization, almost every modern person, who has made as a goal the material prosperity and possession of technical novelties, suffers from depression or some kind of mental disorder. Because everything that a person needs for happiness in this world, comes from relationships, first of all, with our relatives and family.

Modern life contributes to the destruction of family ties. Parents have professional activity and desire for enrichment in the first place. They become too exhausted both mentally and physically to have quality time with children.

«The Fifth Column» perfectly understands that the destruction of the family is the destruction of the society and the state. And the family is destroyed, when the meaning of life is not the relationships between people, but money and material things. Therefore, the restoration of the priority of relations within the family is an important task on the way to a strong state.

In order to corrupt people, one important fact is carefully concealed from them. It was discovered by sexologists in the 1930s, that the deepest sexual satisfaction, after which a person no longer has obsession with sex, is obtained only by heterosexual couples, who have mutual love. Those couples with no love, and same-sex (gay, lesbian) couples have no deep emotional and sexual relaxation, as the result they become even more sexually active and prone to depression and sexual perversion, sex crimes, pedo- and zoophilia, violence. The growth of sexual violence is the consequence of the destruction of the deep sublime relationships between people due to their orientation to the quantity, but not the quality of their relationships.

In other words, the orientation of society on building sublime relationships with each other will bring everyone a huge, invaluable benefit, including even in perversions eradicating.

In schools today, children are actively corrupted by sex education. It is justified by the fact that «children now learn about sex earlier, acceleration is faster.» But this is a lie, the child's body does not develop faster than before. And a teenage sex destroys the health, psyche and destiny of children.

In order to children do not start to learn and think about sex sooner than necessary, it is needed to introduce a ban on all porn publications and youth publications such as «COSMOPOLITAN», which gives the main place in each issue to the sex out of the wedlock, considering it as something normal. It is necessary to ban TV programs, where sex out of the wedlock is popularized: children are now free to watch them when their parents are at work or just not at home; it is also necessary to completely block an access to porn sites.

It is necessary to revive the cult of strengthening the family in opposition to the juvenile justice that was created for its destruction! It is necessary to revive the protection of the family that was in Soviet Union: imprisonment for pornography and execution for pedophilia. The popularization of homosexuality (LGBT ideology) should continue to be prevented at the state level. Pornography destroys the family, sociologists say about it. Now the institution of the family is already half destroyed, every third child is born in an incomplete family, cohabitation of a man and a woman without marriage has already become «normal». In Soviet times power authorities and society made everything possible for children to live with their parents, to know from the early childhood what love is.

Now it is important to focus attention on the education of girls in chastity and shyness. It is known that Hitler's advisers told him about Russia's moral strength: «This nation is invincible: the 80% of twenty-year-old girls are virgins.» He understood that people with high morals can not be broken. That is why now such efforts are applied in order to corrupt girls, to change the woman's goal from the motherhood, to the beauty and pleasure. Even in American cartoons, you can trace the connection: either you are an unattractive woman-mother tortured by life and children, or a beautiful, sexy and childless woman.

Earlier in the Caucasus, a girl, taking off her headscarf, could stop the war, to make men respectfully look away. Now the society makes out of the girl an object of lust, and the media is teaching her how to undress in such a way that you will be desired even more.

It is important to raise the value of motherhood, because the mother is the person who not only forms the human body during its intrauterine period. She also shapes his psyche, doing this by her selfless love and own positive qualities. Mother is the first spiritual teacher of a child. The mother creates her own protection and her happy old age, bringing up the good qualities in her child, thereby solving many social issues and problems of society.

In a strong and prosperous family, a person learns to fulfil his duty and responsibility. These are the main qualities for the well-being of society.

There is a direct relationship between the veneration of women as mothers and the welfare of society. The state can not be prosperous and flourishing if the women are not protected. And, on the contrary, a protected woman-mother guarantees peace and well-being to the society.

In spiritual aspect, motherhood is a powerful method of uniting: the family, as the state's unit, and the whole state. Since the principle of motherhood is based on disinterested and selfless love and caring for the child, which means serving him, this principle becomes an example for the relationships between people. This principle of unselfish service of one to another is the unifying power of a state and the greatest virtue of all religions. The first Christian commandment speaks of caring for a close one. «Love your neighbour as yourself.» The principle of service unites the hearts of people, making the state a monolith, showing its strength and spirituality.

It is necessary to introduce a separate education for girls and boys - at least in different classes. For the state, this will cost absolutely nothing financially, but in the moral aspect it will have a powerful effect.

Boys need to be taught from the childhood that the purpose of men is to protect the weak ones: the elderly, women, children, even at the cost of their lives. Women need to be protected from debauchery, children - from violence, the elderly - from the need and from the uselessness in old age. Old people are the bearers of the life experience. Serving them, a person gains wisdom. It is necessary to teach the boy that his duty is to take care of the woman who gave birth to his children, to take care about his children and about his parents.

7. Religion

Spirituality is a feeling of inner unity, the inner connection of all created beings as children and particles of the Supreme Being. All true religions teach us how to improve our relationships with each other. The commandments of all true religions keep us from what destroys the relationship: theft, lying, slander, adultery, murder.

The aim of all religions is one: to transform egocentrism (self-interest) into love. Self-interest is the focus on one's personal well-being (the consumer attitude towards life). Love is the focus on the well-being of others.

The concentration of people on money increases their selfishness, and spiritual and moral degradation. It makes their life as a hell. The focusing on improving relations with others raises their life, opens in front of them the gates to the heavenly kingdom. Paradise on Earth is the state of exalted relationships between people.

It must be remembered that God intentionally created us interdependent, since the spiritual world is a world of unconditional selfless love, a world of selfless exalted relationships, about what we are taught through the multi-level connections in this world.

Because we are essentially spiritual, a care for the good of others is natural for our inner nature. Distortion of this healthy state of the psyche is the main reason of all the social (in fact - mental) diseases and conflicts.

The purpose of true spiritual teachings is to give people the highest taste of life - the taste of selfless exalted relationships, to revitalize the metabolism in the social organism. The problem is not even in the political system, but in what we aspire to, making this or that choice. When with help of school education, competent and accurate media policies, people will focus on developing relationships with each other, then economic, social and all other problems will be gone, because happy people want to make everyone happy.

8. Alcoholism

Alcoholism, drug addiction develops as a result of the consumer attitude towards life. High spiritual values, life for others is the only cure for all social diseases, including these. Alcoholism fills the inner emptiness, which can really be filled only with the exalted meaning of life, the good relationships with others, the high ideas.

9. Health

Specialists emphasize that almost all diseases are of the psychosomatic character. Their root cause is the emotions of the negative plan: greed, anger, envy, resentment, wrath, jealousy, despondency, hatred, fear, egocentrism, laziness, etc.

All these are emotions that destroy relationships. The reason for their occurrence is the only one: the consumer attitude towards life. Depression, stress, heart disease are all the consequences of disturbed healthy relationships between people.

Direct improvement of relations between people will, in the most favourable way, improve the health of the whole nation.

Both the ancient knowledge and the luminaries of modern science say that diseases are the result of bad character traits due to wrong attitude to life and to people.

In the doctrine of the Noosphere, Academician Vernadsky explains the connection between the micro- and macro-cosmos, which is the essence of all ancient teachings of the East. The essence of Vernadsky's teaching is the following: relationships between people and effects of the forces of Nature are directly related. The better the relationships between people, the more favourable conditions are created by Nature for them. But if people, striving for their personal gain, fight and conflict with each other, they cause by their actions the same aggressive effect from the forces of Nature: fires, crop failures, droughts, floods, earthquakes, technological disasters, tsunamis...

Relationships between people is something, that, depending on their quality, gives us either natural disasters or good harvests. The more people are oriented towards consumerism and money, the worse their relationships becomes with each other, the more they experience the correctional and not very pleasant effects from the forces of Nature.

Instead of spending huge money each year to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters and disasters of various kinds, the state needs to work on their prevention through purposeful work to improve the relationships between people, increase people's trust in relation to each other. Over the past three hundred years, serious natural disasters, which took away a large number of human lives, occurred on Earth once in 30 years. Recently, they began to occur at a frequency of once in every 1.5 and even in every 1.2 years.

Those states that are focused on the progress of relations, i.e. the evolutionary progress of a man and society, will prosper and be supported by Nature. Those states and societies that are focused on the progress of consumption will disappear.

11. Ecology

Today, in an itch for a gain, people thoughtlessly destroy the environment. When they will be focused on relationships with each other and the welfare of others, they will treat nature carefully and lovingly.

Modern scientific and technological achievements give a person great opportunities for the use of natural resources, and become deadly if they fall into the hands of people who live by the principle: «After us - the deluge!»

The progress of relations at all levels, which also includes the care of children and grandchildren, of all future generations, is formulated in the definition of sustainable development of society: «No generation has the right to take more than can renew and pass to other generations!»

It is necessary to ban everything that destroys the ecology, that is our main priority of care for future generations, and as for those who believe in reincarnation (Hinduism and Buddhism), it will be the care for their own future in the next life: we ourselves will live in this world!

Adoption of this principle means, among other things, the rejection of intensive farming, which barbarically depletes the soil with chemicals, and the transition to a natural agrarian form of the economy, which grows food in a natural, nature-saving way.

Now, when fertile soils are rapidly destroyed by chemistry and erosion, and foods and living organisms are destroying by GMO technology, the return to natural, scientific and also non-arable technologies can restore the soil in 4-6 years, bring back useful minerals to them, increasing productivity in 1.5 - 3 times, and save the soil for future generations. But for this, it is necessary to reject the priority of momentary profit, for the sake of which private antisocial corporations, with the help of the laws promoted by them, destroy the Nature, ecological private natural types of economy, and leave humanity literally without a future.

Our care for nature should also be manifested in the fact that it is necessary to organize the recycling of paper, metal and glass, which is, of course, a bit more troublesome than throwing them into a bucket and then burning it at a garbage incinerator. So we can avoid thoughtless depletion of mineral resources and cutting down huge areas of forests that we do not plant.

12. Sociology

If people are oriented towards relationships with others, the social situation in society will improve at all levels. The birth rate will increase, because the birth rate is higher in those societies where people feel secured.

Old men will not be abandoned by their children and grandchildren, will not depend on the size of their pensions and the social welfare service.

The healthy relationships between people are also the healthy exchange of material goods between them without distortions, which increases both the mental and economic well-being of society.

13. Politics

On the example of modern social conflicts it is clear that the main war is now aimed at destroying relations between people on the most diverse platforms: religious, ethnic, racial, social. The solution to these problems is the only one thing: the priority of relations. The better the relations between people, the less problems are at the political level, because all political differences between people are due either to economic reasons (priority of money) or prejudice to other nationalities, and these prejudices are often artificially grown with the help of purchased media.

We live on the same planet, and none of the countries with nuclear power are interested in a nuclear war, everyone understands that there will be no winners in such a war. Therefore, in all countries, there are rapidly developing the directions of psi-wars, «brain» wars, working by destructive influences on the consciousness and subconscious of the enemy, so that he destroys himself (suicide, killing each other in internal conflicts under different pretexts). Human thinking is destructively influenced in a variety of ways, from chemicals and the media, to direct effect on the brain with the help of NLP, hypnosis, wave tools.

In developing such technologies, Russian special services noted that exposure to the negative energy-informational impacts directly depends on the degree of selflessness of a person: the more a person is selfish, the more he is prone to intrusion into his psyche, manipulation with the help of psychological and informational influences of various kinds. This is a protective function of the social and cosmic organisms: those societies are viable, which are spiritually healthy, people in which care not for a personal gain, but for a welfare of all, those who find their happiness in caring for other people and in selfless and exalted service to God.

We must offer the world the doctrine of planetary security. A new peacekeeping ideology should come from our countries and unite them, peoples and the whole humanity on the platform of universal values, common to all mankind. The ideology, uniting all kinds of moral values and all true religions on a platform of common universal values, is the PRIORITY AND PROGRESS OF RELATIONS!

The doctrine of planetary security must contain the Declaration of Interdependence, which will proclaim: the well-being of every person and every country depends on the well-being of others. And no country or man should build their well-being to the detriment of the well-being of others or at their expense.

This doctrine should offer the mankind to reform the modern law, according to which one person or one corporation can possess unlimited material resources, bearing no responsibility in front of others for the way these resources are being used.

Resources of the planet can not belong to one person or one corporation. Because they are created by God for the equal well-being of all the beings living on this planet. This is in the first place. And secondly, every person, every businessman should be responsible to the whole society in order to use what he has for the sake of the welfare of others, but not to harm them.

The modern law legitimizes social injustice and has become the reason that the antisocial minority, pathologically dangerous for others, pursuing its own selfish goals, began to impose its will on the majority, billions of people. This minority finances terrorism, unleashes large-scale wars, destroys the ecology and economy of whole large regions.

The Declaration of Interdependence should impose the responsibility on everyone for the use of everything that he has for the well-being of others. It must also proclaim that the resources of the Earth can not belong to private corporations, private individuals.

Conclusion

Our Universe is built on the holographic principle, most of the modern scientists came to this conclusion. The holographic principle means that each part of the Universe at any time contains a complete information about all that exist. This corresponds to the ancient Eastern teachings. From this principle it follows that the feelings, thoughts and actions of each person, a group of people, of all humanity as a whole, affect the entire surrounding world.

A person in this world is in a certain educational system and is trained in three basic «bodies» (fields of activity): the physical body, the body of the society and the body of the Universe.

Violation of harmony on each of these three levels entails suffering of three types: suffering of mind or body, suffering from other living beings (epidemics, wars, etc.), suffering caused by the Higher Forces of Nature (natural disasters).

There are only three objects of knowledge:

1. God
2. Soul
3. Matter

And a person can experience only three kinds of happiness, which depend on the direction of his energy:

1. To the matter (necrophilia, eros). This is a happiness we get from those pleasures that we receive through the body, through our senses, and what can be bought for money. Therefore, those who want to rule with the help of money, pull people down to the animal and bodily level of the perception of the world.
2. To relationships with other living beings as parts of God (storge, philia). This is a happiness that cannot be bought for money. We can feel love and friendship without the help of our gross body, but by our spiritual being.
3. To the relationship with God (agape). This is a happiness from the awareness of our non-material nature, from the eternal relationship with the Almighty.

Three types of ideas about happiness form three types of psyche:

1. If a person seeks happiness in material things, he becomes a sociopath, a demonic type of psyche is formed in him;
2. If he seeks happiness in exalted relationships with others, a human type of psyche is formed in him;
3. If a person seeks happiness in the knowledge of his true non-material nature, in his relationship with God, a divine type of psyche is formed in him.

People with a demonic type of aspirations think basically only about how to use others for their own purposes. People with a human psyche are thinking about how to be useful to society. People with a divine psyche take care of everything that exists, of all beings in the spirit of serving God.

Most of all, we are affected by what we are looking for our happiness. From this, three types of power are formed and three types of management of society are associated with them:

1. If a person seeks happiness in material things and bodily pleasures, then he goes under the power of money and animal instincts - this is a capitalist type of society;
2. If a person seeks happiness in love, friendship, unselfish and exalted relations with others, he goes under the power of high ideas: justice, honesty, conscience, equality, brotherhood - this is a socialist type of society;
3. If a person realizes his non-material nature, walking along the path of love to God, he goes under the power of love – this is a God-centric monarchy, a God-centred socialism.

Management with love is a God-centred socialism, a God-centred monarchy, when a worthy holy man governs a country on the base of divine moral principles.

For a number of centuries the West led a consumer and exploitative lifestyle, destroying healthy relations between people by the ideas of people's independence from each other (individualism and demonic type of psyche). But, as a part of the single organism, we simply can not be independent, since our personal well-being depends on the well-being of everyone who surrounds us. The globe is very small, and we all live in one closed bio-system, we are all closely related to each other like tissues and organs in one body.

Instead of antisocial ideas about the independence of people from each other, the universal civilization idea should be the Declaration of Interdependence, which proclaims the progress in evolution as the progress of relationships between people and the world around them.

A new civilization idea is the historical Mission of our countries: the preservation of the human and divine types of psyche in society, or the PRIORITY OF RELATIONS.

The priority of relations is the one for both the human and the divine type of psyche.

For the human type of psyche it is understood as the priority of relations with all people. On the divine level, it becomes a concern of all beings, seeing their connections with the Supreme Being.
